The Dishwasher Paradox

One would assume that if there is a dishwasher in the kitchen, and dirty dishes are piling up over it on a kitchen counter, this means the dishwasher is full.

I assumed that at first, but then I just checked the dishwasher. In fact, I checked if there is space left in the dishwasher for 2.5 years in this particular company, and there always was.
